Most of our items ship between 1 -3 business day.
We ship our products via USPS Priority Mail and/or First Class Mail. All our items will receive a confirmation number, which it will be sent to the buyer via email. (make sure we have your correct email address) (the one you check on a daily basis)
We reserve the right to cancel any order at anytime.
Returns:
We accept returns seven days after an item is received by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for the return postage.
Buyer will receive a full refund for the amount of the purchase or buyer has the option of choosing another item of equal or lesser value.
If the product is return after the seven day grace period, there will be a 10% restocking fee taken out of the refund.
Damage merchandise:
If the item you (buyer) purchased is damaged upon arrival, please contact us right away so we can either refund your money or send you a replacement.
Ecclectic 4 u asks the buyer to work with us before leaving negative feedback.
Lost Mail:
Ecclectic 4 u will not be held responsible for items that are lost in the mail.
Methods of Payment accepted:
Google Checkout, Money Orders, Cashier's Check, ProPay and RME (Revolution Money Exchange).
If the buyer wishes to pay with ProPay or RME, please choose the Money option as your payment method, then send us an email to let us know you wish to pay with RME or ProPay. Ecclectic 4 u will send you an invoice.
Please make sure you give us the correct shipping address. Once we ship the item we have no control of changing the address. If the item is return to us, we will charge the buyer postage again to re-send the package.
If the buyer decides to cancel the order, there will be a 15% cancellation fee, taken out of the refund money.
